One of the reasons I coach parents in leadership positions is because of the ripple effect that happens as they learn how to better navigate the pressures of daily life. 🌟 Maybe you commit to putting your phone away during dinner time so you can be present with your family.
🌟 Maybe you quiet your inner critic and do something out of your comfort zone that gets you closer to your dreams.
🌟 Maybe it’s time to finally say yes to more opportunities to level up – both at work and at home.
Whatever it is, commit to it a few days each week, as a starting point. Decide how you’ll hold yourself accountable and do it. Watch what happens as you gain momentum.
